My crystal journey

I'll be honest with you, crystals have become one of the most grounding and joyful parts of my daily life, and I genuinely don't know what I'd do without them now.
Every morning, before the day gets going, I spend a few quiet minutes with my crystals. Sometimes it's setting an intention, sometimes it's a moment of gratitude, sometimes it's simply holding a stone that feels right and letting it guide my energy for the day ahead. It sounds simple - and it is - but the difference it makes to how I feel walking into my day is real and profound.
And in the evening, when I need to wind down and let the day go, my crystals are there again. There's something about holding a cool, smooth stone, breathing slowly and feeling its weight in your hand that just brings you back to yourself. Grounded. Calm. Present.
In a year as fiery and fast-moving as this one, that sense of groundedness feels more important than ever.
