Delivery Information
We have tried to keep our delivery costs fair whilst offering you the best possible service. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, please note that delivery times are applicable once your order has been dispatched. For all delivery types, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or a Sunday will be shipped the next working day.
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
FREE on orders over £50
Royal Mail tracked service, 48 hours once dispatched. Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 250g: £2.99
- 251g to 2kg: £4.99
- Over 2kg: £9.99
USA Standard Shipping
FREE on orders over $110 (approximately £82)
5–8 business days (once dispatched), tracked with International Tracked Royal Mail. Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 100g: $16
- 101g to 500g: $25
- 501g to 1kg: $30
- 1kg to 2kg: $35
- 2kg to 3kg: $50
- 3kg to 5kg: $70
- Over 5kg: $90
Canada Standard Shipping
FREE on orders over CA$155 (approximately £83)
5–8 business days (once dispatched), tracked with International Tracked Royal Mail. Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 100g: CA$24
- 101g to 500g: CA$35
- 501g to 1kg: CA$46
- 1kg to 2kg: CA$55
- 2kg to 3kg: CA$65
- 3kg to 5kg: CA$80
- Over 5kg: CA$100
Order weight includes our packaging. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Made-to-Order Bag Charms
Our handmade leather bag charms for the USA and Canada are made to order. Each charm is handmade in England by our artisan partner Zatchels in Leicester, which takes 7 to 10 days. It is then sent to us, checked, and posted to you by International Tracked Royal Mail. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks in total for delivery. Customs checks can occasionally add a little extra time. Charms are charged at the same weight-based rates as the rest of your order, so there is no extra delivery charge if you order them with other items.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada. We’re sorry, but we are not able to ship to the European Union at the moment, because of new EU product safety and packaging rules for non-EU sellers. All international orders are carefully packed and sent with love from our little corner of Dorset, England. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.
Please be aware: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Shipping from Our Partners
Some items ship directly from our artisan partners and may carry a separate delivery fee subject to size and weight. If your basket includes both Apricot Moon products and partner items, shipping fees may be combined at checkout. Orders over £50 still qualify for free UK shipping on eligible Apricot Moon products wherever possible.
Please note: Some of our artisan partners are only able to ship within the United Kingdom. When this applies, those items will appear as unavailable to purchase at checkout and cannot be purchased for international delivery.
Tracking
Delivery is fully trackable - you will receive an email with your tracking information once your parcel has left the hands of our lovely packing team.
