Delivery Information
We have tried to keep our delivery costs fair whilst offering you the best possible service. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days, please note that delivery times are applicable once your order has been dispatched. For all delivery types, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or a Sunday will be shipped the next working day.

Standard Delivery Northern Ireland
FREE on order over £50

USA Standard Shipping
FREE on orders over $110 (approximately £80)
5–8 business days (once dispatched) tracked service with International Tracked Royal Mail.
$25.00 on orders under $110

All international orders are carefully packed and sent with love from our little corner of Dorset, England. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.

Please be aware: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may be charged upon arrival in your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Shipping from Our Partners
Some items ship directly from our artisan partners and may carry a separate delivery fee subject to size and weight. If your basket includes both Apricot Moon products and partner items, shipping fees may be combined at checkout. Orders over £50 still qualify for free UK shipping wherever possible.

Tracking
Delivery is fully trackable - you will receive an email with your tracking information once your parcel has left the hands of our lovely packing team.
