Will a laptop fit in my tote bag?

Many of our totes will. Our Canvas Star Totes and Zebra Totes are spacious enough for a laptop and your daily essentials, and the Canvas Star Totes measure 38cm wide, 42cm high and 16cm deep. Every product page lists the dimensions, so check them against your laptop before you buy.

How do I look after my tote bag?

 It depends on the material, so check the care line on each product page. Some are machine washable (the Happy Days and Stuff Large Totes at 30°C, the Koi Carp Boho Tote at 40°C). Canvas, cotton and leather totes are usually best wiped clean, and our Italian leather totes are 100% genuine leather that wipes clean.

Can I wear my tote crossbody or add a bag charm?

Several totes come with a shoulder or crossbody strap, including the Canvas Star Totes, so look for “strap included” on the product page. The Canvas Star Totes also have an extra loop on the top zip made for a bag charm. You’ll find our handmade leather charms in the Charms & Straps collection.

How much is delivery, and can I return a tote?

UK orders over £50 are free, and under that most totes are £4.99, with the exact cost shown at checkout. We also ship to the USA and Canada (free over $110 / CA$155), and customers pay any customs duties. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day returns guarantee.
