Simply place the cone on an incense plate or on the burner plate included in the pack, place on a heat-proof surface and light the tip until it glows hot. Wait for the flame to subside and the aroma to be released.

Do not leave a burning incense cone unattended.

Some treasures travel from different studios. Your confirmation email lists each maker’s parcel so you’ll know what’s on its way.

Some countries apply their own duties or taxes. These are set locally and payable by you, and your carrier or customs office will let you know if anything is due on arrival.

What if a gift isn’t quite right?

You have 30 days to send it back for a refund. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused and with tags attached, so we can restock them with care. Just email us at hello@apricotmoonshop.com and we’ll do the rest.
