Will everything ship together?
Some treasures travel from different studios. Your confirmation email lists each maker’s parcel so you’ll know what’s on its way.
Do you send orders internationally?
Yes, many items can travel internationally, but availability varies by piece. You’ll see the options for each item at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
Some countries apply their own duties or taxes. These are set locally and payable by you, and your carrier or customs office will let you know if anything is due on arrival.
What if a gift isn’t quite right?
You have 30 days to send it back for a refund. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused and with tags attached, so we can restock them with care. Just email us at hello@apricotmoonshop.com and we’ll do the rest.
